iPhone 5s memory/storage upgrade process involves an easy to use but powerful tool NAND Flash Memory Chip Programmer (JC REPAIR ASSISTANT) for Apple Devices that will enable you to write previous data into the brand new flash drive.
Procedure:
1. Grind the NAND IC, and be sure you have copy of the original details/data like Serial Number, Wifi Address, Bluetooth Address.
2. Cleaned.
3. Write the data (SN,WIFI,BT) using JC REPAIR ASSISTANT.
4. Put the new NAND IC 128gb, im using NAND IC of iPad Air 1.
5. Restore in itunes with latest firmware.
