Reballing the chip can fix the issue but replacing the chip, reinforcing weak solder pads and use of jumper wires for broken pads on the logic board is a better option. People who repair Apple products say that a grayed-out speaker icon, issue one of the pads that connects the audio chip.

2. Split the logic board to find which component faulty. 


3. Removed the capacitor cause of the short circuit.



4. Reballed & fixing back the logic board.

3. Removed the NAND IC.
    (why need to removed the NAND IC, to unlock the security of PCIE NAND.)



4. PCIE Unlock Wifi using JC Repair Assistant.



 5. Returned it back the NAND IC & put new WIFI IC.
