So, you are not able to use a SIM card from a different carrier in your country or when traveling abroad. When trying to use a SIM card from a different carrier your phone will require a network unlock code.

 Procedure:

1. Download the SamKEY Software.
2. Install and open the software.
3. Login the username and password (1credit).
    Buy the SamKey credits here.

 4. Go to setting (USB debugging - ON).

 5. Connect to PC and click Read Codes.

6. Enter the codes.
