Charging Issue
Your iPad is plugged in, but it’s not charging. Why won’t the iPad charge? Is the iPad broken? Is it time to freak out? Probably not, in fact there are some really common reasons an iPad won’t charge, and most of the time it has nothing to do with the iPad itself unless it was damaged, but more on that in a moment.
Procedure:
1. Change battery, charging flex, U2 IC, but still won't charge.
2. Change REGULATOR IC.
